It is important to remember that notaries are NOT Attorneys and CANNOT provide legal advice or explain the contents of the document(s).
Please ensure, you know which type of notarization you are seeking and ensure
the document is complete prior to notarization.
The signer(s) must be able to communicate directly with the notary. Translators
are not allowed.

Notary Services and Identification
Notarizing a document is verifying the identity of the signer(s), therefore; the signer must appear in person before the notary.
The signer(s) must be able to communicate directly with the notary. Translators are not allowed.

Notary Journal Requirements
All notary acts MUST be entered into the notary journal.
Identification document information, name, address, & other misc. information will be entered into the journal along with the signer(s) signature & thumbprint(s).
*Special Circumstance & Notary acts requiring witnesses will require that witness information also be entered into the notary journal.

Immigration Documents
I am not an immigration consultant, therefore; I cannot explain or assist with filling out immigration forms.
Please ensure you have properly completed the forms, and fully understand your immigration forms prior to notarization.
The ID presented must provide greater or equal information as that of the name in the documents.
